Bulls Return To The Road At Kent State

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo volleyball team returns to the road as they begin a four-match road trip this weekend with a pair of matches at Kent State.  The Bulls and Golden Flashes will play at 6pm on Friday and 4pm on Saturday.

The Bulls are back on the road after completing a season-long five-match home stand over the last two weeks. Overall, Buffalo will be on the road for seven of its final nine matches in the regular season.

Kent State is coming off a 3-2 loss on Wednesday night at Ohio, a team that Buffalo lost to this past weekend. The Golden Flashes have a 9-12 record and a 4-5 mark in league play.  The nine victories are also the same as Buffalo.

Kent State is led offensively by Savannah Matthews who has 241 kills and Melissa Kolurbasi, who has 209 kills. Alex Haffner runs the offense with 813 assists.  Defensively, Bryn Roberts has 279 digs.

Both matches this weekend will air on ESPN3.
