The Ohio State football team will be traveling to Bloomington on Saturday night. It should be a bit of a different game than last year’s contest was when IU came roaring back to only lose by 7 points after getting blown out in the first half. Ohio State is the clear favorite this year.

With that being said, this game could be a little tricky for the Buckeyes from a mental standpoint. This is the week before another night game, this one at home against Penn State. If Ohio State isn’t careful, they could get caught looking ahead to that one.

You would think that after Purdue upset Iowa last week that the Buckeyes would be on high alert for such a thing this weekend. They saw what can happen when a great team doesn’t give an inferior team their full attention. I wouldn’t anticipate that happening Saturday night.

Even so, I have concocted a list of three bold predictions that will happen in this game. These aren’t some run-of-the-mill predictions, these have some meat on them! All of these predictions have a real possibility of happening but are somewhat unlikely.

The first of these bold predictions has to deal with a freshman on the offensive side of the ball who very likely could be one of the best freshmen at his position we have seen in quite a long time at Ohio State.
