Teresa Giudice, Luis Ruelas are engaged: An RHONJ love story made in Jersey

Teresa Giudice, star of Bravo's “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” is engaged to boyfriend Luis Ruelas.
Ruelas of Allendale popped the question Tuesday, Oct. 19, at the Amanzoe Resort in Porto Heli, Greece, according to People. Former “RHONJ” cast member Dina Manzo and her husband Dave Cantin were with the couple at Amanzoe.
The proposal included sparklers, candles, violins and a big “Marry me” sign.
Ruelas is a co-founder of the Digital Media Solutions online marketing company. The sparks ignited on Bay Boulevard at the Jersey Shore for the couple, where much of the previous season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” was filmed. It's also near where Giudice's brother and sister-in-law, Joey and Melissa Gorga, had a home, which they recently sold.
Giudice and Ruelas purchased a house in Giudice's hometown of Montville for $3.35 million in February.

Ruelas made his debut on “RHONJ” in May of this year. The two started dating in July 2020, according to reports.
“With Louie, he's just very open and he gets me to open up,” said Giudice on Bravo's “Watch What Happens Live” in March of this year. “I know exactly what he's feeling — he expresses his feelings. Since he's so open it allows me to express my feelings to him. I like a lot of attention, so does he, so we both give each other a lot of attention, which I love. We can’t keep our hands off of each other.”
Giudice previously agreed to divorce terms with husband Joe Giudice, who was deported to his native country of Italy after serving 41 months for fraud. Teresa served 11 months for similar charges. Teresa and Joe have four daughters, Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 12.
Ruelas has two kids.
No date for the wedding has been announced.
