Autumn A. Hayes charged with shooting into neighbor's home, garage

NEW PHILADELPHIA — A 52-year-old Uhrichsville woman has been charged with shooting into her neighbor's apartment and garage on Sept. 4.

Autumn A. Hayes, of 824 N. Dawson St., was indicted by the Tuscarawas County Grand Jury on two charges: improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation or a school safety zone, and criminal damaging or endangering. 

Her case has been assigned to Common Pleas Judge Michael Ernest.
