Lopez is out for Thursday's game against the Heat due to a back injury, Brett Siegel of NBA Analysis Network reports.

Lopez and Bobby Portis (hamstring) are both out, as is Semi Ojeleye (calf), so the Bucks are extremely thin in the frontcourt. That could mean extended minutes for Giannis Antetokounmpo at center, which would open up time for Jordan Nwora, Thanasis Antetokounmpo and rookie Sandro Mamukelashvili. With Jrue Holiday (heel) also sidelined, additional backcourt minutes should be in store for George Hill, Grayson Allen and Pat Connaughton.
