October 15, 2021
- A 2019 Ford Edge, registered to and driven by Bobbi Jean Lutmer of 2645 Summer Meadows Dr., Perry, collided with a 2011 Mazda, registered to Sofia Isabel Reyes Gaitan of 2131 Third St., Perry, and driven by Numan Ysail Vargas of 710 18th St., Perry, near First and Otley avenues. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,800. Lutmer was issued a citation for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way. Vargas was issued a citation for failure to provide proof of financial liability- accident related and no valid driver’s license.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 1700 block of Evelyn Street. The situation was addressed.

- Officers received a report of a theft in the 1000 block of 26th Street. A wallet and its contents were taken. The case is under investigation

- Joyce Ann Augustine of 1815 Fourth St., Perry, was issued a citation for third-offense dog at large.
October 20, 2021
- Cory Lane Atkins, 44, of 2320 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension. Atkins was also charged with driving under suspension.
