Twilight stars Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene have reunited.

The pair, who first starred in the popular film series in 2008, recreated the much-loved baseball scene for a short parody video for Matt Cutshall's Emo's Not Dead series.

The scene features actress Arielle Vandenberg practising a love scene for a play with another actor when her boyfriend Matt Cutshall walks in and gets the wrong idea about them.

He then transforms into a black outfit with matching wig and hair to sing an emo anthem, causing the actor to ask how Cutshall changed so quickly and speculate he's a vampire.

Cutshall goes running into the woods, and at the sound of the word "vampire", is met with Emmett Cullen in full baseball gear.

Greene's character Alice Cullen also appears, with the two later sharing some sweet behind-the-scenes pictures.

"Bringing back some sparkling @twilight love with the best @ashleygreene for our buddy @mattcutshall Emo's Not Dead! So much fun!" Lutz captioned the post.

Greene shared the same post, writing: "Blast from the past with @kellanlutz ... it made my heart jump being reunited with this one and having some fun with @arielle and @mattcutshall #emosnotdead #alicecullen #emmettcullen."

Nikki Reed, who played Emmet's on-screen wife Rosalie Hale, commented: "Emmett you lucky dawg. I guess I'm down to share. Love you two!"

Reed previously revealed the only souvenir she had from the film series was the shoes she wore in the baseball scenes.

She told Insider: "That's because Kristen [Stewart], who's a dear buddy, took them for me because I just could never take anything from the set because I'm such a rule follower."

She continued: "One day she came back from filming... reshoots or something and she gave me those shoes from the baseball scene. I was like, 'Oh man, this is the best thing ever!' And I still have them."

"I remember Kristen being like, 'This is not a big deal. You can just have your shoes,'" Reed added.
