ND House Representative Ben Koppelman talks Casselton shooting, Castle doctrine

North Dakota State House Representative out of West Fargo Ben Koppelman goes 1-on-1 with our Kyle Cornell on the recent fatal shooting in Casselton, and where it falls under the 'Castle Doctrine' in the state. Representative Koppelman was the sponsor of an expansion of the doctrine that was signed into law this past August.
