Danville Animal Control hosting community event on Thursday

DANVILLE, Va. (WFXR) — The Danville Police Department’s Animal Control Unit invites community members — and their companion animals — to an event on Thursday that will be both educational and entertaining!

According to the department, the community event will take place from 3 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 21 at 1026 North Main Street.

Police say they will teach residents about Danville’s animal regulations, but they will also provide games and prizes.
