New York Knicks superstar Julius Randle left everything on the court against the Boston Celtics in a double-OT classic to kick off the 2021-2021 NBA season. The reigning MIP went absolutely bonkers on opening night, leading the way for the ā€˜Bockers and playing a total of 46 minutes in a huge 138-134 win.

After the game, Randle had little left in him to even go through a decent post-game interview. After 46 brutal minutes on the court on their first game of the season, can you really blame him?

ā€œI can't wait to go home and lay in bed. I don't even know if I'm hungry enough to eat. I'm so tired,ā€ the Knicks All-Star said after the game. ā€œFirst game back? Sheesh. Goodness, I'm tired. We got it done though.ā€

The 26-year old All-Star went to work on Wednesday night in downtown New York. Randle exploded for 22 points in the opening half and kept his foot on the gas as the Knicks tried their best to keep the tough Celtics team at bay. The New York forward ended up trading baskets down the stretch with returning Boston Celtics superstar Jaylen Brown who ended with a game-high of 46 points on his first game back.

Randle, though, held his ground. The former 7th overall pick finished with a team-high of 35 points on 12-27 shooting alongside eight rebounds, nine assists, and three blocks all in 46 tough minutes. Yes, Julius Randle basically did it all for the Knicks.
