Today, streaming live at 1:30 p.m. ET, super middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez holds an open media workout ahead of his undisputed title unification with fellow titleholder Caleb Plant, scheduled for November 6th in Las Vegas. You can catch the full live video stream of the event right here on BLH, courtesy of Showtime.

Alvarez (56-1-2, 38 KOs) obviously won’t be completely giving away his game plan for Plant here, but it is an opportunity to get a look at his current form leading into the big fight, where Canelo looks to make history by collecting all the major titles at 168lbs. It’s no secret that there’s no love lost between Canelo and Plant, so you can be pretty damn sure he’ll be coming into this fight primed for an impressive performance.

At the moment Canelo appears to be in the prime of a very impressive career as he’s notched notable wins over Gennadiy Golovkin, Daniel Jacobs, Sergey Kovalev, Callum Smith, and Billy Joe Saunders in recent years. Canelo isn’t satisified just yet, however, and still has big plans for the second half of his career, but first needs to handle to business at hand in Caleb Plant who has some aspirations of his own.
