This Is Us Season 6 has not even premiered yet, but some cast members have already teased the end of the hit NBC series.
While speaking with TV Insider, Justin Hartley confirmed that he and his co-stars know how This Is Us Season 6 will end. Unfortunately, the actor cannot share specific details from the upcoming episodes, but this is what he had to say.
“We kind of have the whole thing figured out. And it’s good,” he said.
Justin Hartley Preparing Himself For This Is Us Season 6
And just like the loyal fans of This Is Us, Hartley said that he’s also preparing himself for the impending end of the series. After all, he has grown to love the job and the people that he’s working with.
“It’s the greatest job I’ve ever had, with just a wonderful group, this wonderful family. These are terrific people that I will forever be friends with, that I will forever do anything for. So, it’s kind of sad that I won’t get to see them very often after the show. Obviously, we’ll all go on and do our own things, but I will keep in touch with every one of them,” he said.
Hartley also fell in love with his role as Kevin Pearson from This Is Us. And even though it would be bittersweet to bid the character goodbye, the actor is more focused on the experiences and memories he had on the show.
“The great memories that I have and will continue to make this year will last a lifetime. So, what a treat. I mean, whoever would’ve thought in a million years that I would get a chance to play a character and be on a show that impacted people in a such positive way for so long? It’s beyond anything I ever thought I would be able to do… I’m very, very grateful,” he said.
Justin Hartley Says This Is Us Season 6 Ending Will Be Unpredictable
During a previous interview with Entertainment Weekly, Hartley said that the ending for This Is Us Season 6 will be unpredictable.
“The way that the story has been told to me and the way that it ends seems like the right way to 'end' it. Just like life, everything does end, doesn't it? I think it's full. You're going to have a full heart, just because by that time you will have watched these people and all of their journeys for such a long time. When you invest that much as an audience member, you'll fill up completely, but in satisfying way… It's definitely an emotional journey, and we have a lot of laughs to be told in it. I mean, there's funny stuff coming up as well,” he explained.

Milo Ventimiglia, who plays Jack Pearson in This Is Us, also had a lot of things to say about the show’s impending end.
The actor said that even though the ending will be emotional for fans, it will still be wonderful, beautiful, and incredibly satisfying.
When Will This Is Us Season 6 Premiere?
This Is Us Season 6 will premiere sometime in January 2022. NBC has not yet released the official date.
But the delay in the show’s premiere has to do with scheduling conflicts, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic.
As of late, the network has also not released a trailer for This Is Us Season 6.

Since This Is Us Season 6 won’t premiere until January 2022, it’s best to keep yourself preoccupied with rewatching older seasons of the hit NBC drama.
The previous seasons of This Is Us are not available on Netflix USA, but they are available on Netflix Canada this month.
This Is Us Seasons 1 to 5 are available on Amazon Prime but for a fee. One episode can be rented for $2.99, and the entire season can be rented for $19.99. If you wish to binge-watch all five seasons, you have to pay $99.95.
This Is Us Seasons 1 to 5 is also available to stream on Hulu for free. Even if you do not have a subscription yet, you can still watch the first five seasons by using your 7-day free trial.
This Is Us Seasons 1 to 5 are available to stream online and for free on Peacock.
However, the hit series isn’t available to stream on HBO Max and Disney Plus.
