When it comes to Halloween, there is always one home in every neighborhood that takes things a little too far. Normally that involves over-the- top decorations that get put up right at the start of fall, or objects featuring loud screams and other spooky noises.

However, one home in Dallas-Fort Worth has made it an annual tradition to take things a step further, and this year is no different as the home has already received multiple police visits due to their gory decorations.

Local artist Steven Novak went viral last year after his Halloween decorations led to multiple police visits, with Novak refusing to remove the décor each time.

Now, this year he decided to step things up, with a set up featuring plenty of fake blood, and mannequin body parts.

“There are lots of new gimmicks to this year’s caper. The wood chipper blood fountain being the clear centerpiece and easily the most challenging prop. It took me months to find an old wood chipper for sale. The sellers were not pleased with its new purpose,” said Novak.

According to Dallas Observer, Novak has no plans to remove any of the decorations, despite the neighbor complaints and police visits. Hopefully his Christmas decorations aren’t as intense.
