Poll results: Broncos fans want Drew Lock at quarterback

After Teddy Bridgewater threw three interceptions on Sunday and the Denver Broncos suffered their third straight loss, we ran a poll on Broncos Wire asking fans if the team should go back to Drew Lock at quarterback.

Nearly 3,000 fans have voted and there’s a clear consensus: Lock should start.

At the time of this writing, about 70% of fans have said Lock should start while 23% want to stick with Bridgewater. Around 6% of fans said they are “indifferent” about which QB starts for Denver.

“Drew Lock has played 18 games with a terrible supporting cast and play callers that are suspect at best,” David Browning commented. “Give him a chance with a good team around [him] to see what he can do.”

Only a handful of fans commented that Bridgewater should keep the starting job, and several fans seem resigned to the fact that neither QB is likely to be a long-term solution for the Broncos.

“Lock is not the answer,” James Michael Brodie commented. “He is not the future. Time to clean house and start over.”

There’s still time to vote in the poll before Thursday’s game against the Cleveland Browns. Let us know your take!
