10 coffee advent calendars for a festive caffeine fix

If you're familiar with Yawn Brew, you'll be excited to know that the brand has now released two different coffee advent calendars for 2022. That includes the original beloved sellout, returning with of all your favourite blends, and a very limited edition Pro option, featuring 22 speciality single origin coffees and two delicious festive blends. Expect a mix of light, medium and dark roasts from plenty of countries across the globe.

You can make a fun display with this one. As well as 24 numbered 18g sachets of coffees (roasted to order) from around the world, this calendar includes three metres of twine and some pegs, so you can hang them up on your wall. Just for a bit of extra fun!

Costa is the nation's favourite coffee shop, so this calendar should definitely be a hit – and at £15, it works out a lot cheaper than buying 24 coffees at your local store! Inside there are 12 signature dark roasted capsules for your machine and 12 rich mochas – a special treat for Christmas.

Nespresso has dropped its range of coffee advent calendars for 2022 and this is its standard offering. Inside are 24 pods all with different coffees, including an extra treat for the last day. Three of the serves have been co-created with renowned French pastry chef Pierre Hermé, so it'll be a little bit of luxury to wake up to every day.

This pod coffee advent calendar has some special environmental perks. Each capsule is completely recyclable (which isn't always the case) and the coffee is UTZ-certified. Wha's UTZ? Well, it's a nonprofit organisation working to promote sustainable coffee farming and provide better conditions for workers and the environment. Sounds good to us.

And this one also has some great eco-credentials. Firstly, it's plastic-free and the pods are fully compostable. Inside there are 24 pods with eight different organic coffees from seven countries, with information on how they've been grown with the aim of maximising biodiversity and minimising fertiliser emissions. Some lucky recipients will also find hidden golden eggs behind the doors, unlocking prizes such as free coffee subscriptions and Nespresso machines.

Coffee purists might not be so keen on this one, but if you're just looking for a sweet treat every morning (as we all are during this time of year), this Beanies coffee advent calendar does fit the bill. Behind each door you'll two sachets of sugar-free vegan flavoured instant coffee, and there are also two intriguing-sounding 'mystery jars' to discover, as well.
