Early Reports Reveal ETERNALS Post-Credits Spoiler

Seriously, spoilers ahead:

The next MCU film to hit the screen is the ensemble superhero drama Eternals, which had its red carpet premiere recently. In a shocking post-credits scene, reporters revealed that actor and musician Harry Styles made his own MCU premiere as a brand new character.

Variety film writer Matt Donnelly tweeted early Tuesday that the film includes Styles in the role of Eros, the brother of the supervillain Thanos, who was played by Josh Brolin in the Infinity Saga. “The character — son of the two Eternals A’Lars and Sui-San — supposedly possesses the ability to stimulate arousal from afar, in addition to a slate of other powers.”

Well, that tracks. It has been rumored for the past year or so that Styles was going to be introduced into a Marvel movie at some point, but no one knew if that was true, or when we would see him, and as which character. But this seems to fit the star’s wheelhouse.

Some fans were mad that the post-credits scene was spoiled, and I would have rather found the news out on opening day as well, but I am still extremely excited to see it.

Eternals hits theaters on November 5th. Are you intrigued by Harry Styles’ new role?
