However, Christine had already sold her home in Utah and moved back to Arizona. The Sun obtained legal documents showing that Christine already sold her property for $700,000 earlier. She was allegedly determined to leave Kody and move back. to Utah.
However, fans were not convinced. For them, it's unlikely that any of them will leave the family behind.

The rumors about Christine wanting to leave Kody sparked after TLC dropped the teaser for Sister Wives Season 16. In the short clip, Christine expressed her dissatisfaction and unhappiness with their current set-up. She also said she wanted to return to Arizona.
"Why would I wanna live on a property with a dysfunctional marriage while right over there he has a fully functional marriage. Who would ever want to live like that," Christine says in the video.
Due to her statement, many felt she would leave Kody even before his first wife, Meri, could. Also, Christine allegedly called herself a "single woman" in the deeds when she sold her home in Arizona.
