Paddy Pimblett has been generating quite a buzz since these past few weeks and now he thinks it's only right that the UFC matches his demand for it.

After making a statement in his UFC debut last month, Paddy Pimblett is now looking forward to being slated for a money fight. While it is a possibility that the promotion will book him against a top contender, Pimblett stressed that it should also meet his current rate.

“F–k that, I’m not fighting a top-10 [opponent] on the money I’m on, lad,” Pimblett recently told the “Anything Goes with James English” podcast. “Nick Peet [a British journalist] was saying he’d like to see me against Tony Ferguson and, lad, I’d like to see me against Tony Ferguson, but not on the contract I’m on now. F–k that.”

“[I wanna] Get paid that money to fight Tony Ferguson, lad,” he continued. “Yeah, he’s still one of the best [lightweights] 155’ers in the world, lad. I want f—–g six figures, lad, then I’m fighting him.”

Aside from the huge contract, “The Baddy” had earlier pointed out that he will be aiming for the UFC's Performance Of The Night bonuses in his next fights.

“When I have another fight before the end of the year, I’ll be getting a bonus, Pimblett told Talksport last month. “It’s that simple; I am coming for them bonuses, especially until I get a new contract lad!”

Pimblett is 17-3 as a pro and his stunning first-round KO win over Mark Smith at UFC Fight Night 191 catapulted him to stardom. Moreso, his flamboyance even earned him comparisons to Conor McGregor.
