Alison Hammond has spoken of her regret at not having more children after her teenage son Aidan.
The This Morning star admitted in a new interview that she always envisioned having "five or six kids" rather than one, and hasn't ruled out adoption in the future.
"I wish I'd banged out two at the same time," she told OK!. "As soon as I had Aidan I went straight on contraception because the doctors encourage you to. I wish I hadn't listened and just banged another baby out then.
"I'm so disappointed as I always saw myself with five or six kids, not one. I've got so much love to give, I need six to share it all around."
Alison added that she would "never say never" to adoption, though admitted: "I'd want to do it with a partner and I'm not with anyone at the moment. You can do it on your own, but I don't want to."
Her words echo previous comments the presenter made on the matter earlier this year, where she told Hello!: "I would totally consider adoption in the future. I've got so much more love to give – I don't think I'm done with one child, I'm just not.
"Aidan has already got two sisters and a brother from his dad's side, who he still sees."
Elsewhere in her new interview, Alison spoke a bit about her love life, revealing that she has struggled to get verified on a celebrity dating app.
"I tried to get on that celebrity dating app, Raya, but they wouldn't accept me – I was fuming," she admitted. "I've been waiting for a year to be accepted so I've deleted the app now. Who needs Raya anyway when you've got Tinder?!
"It's so hard. They say, 'Why are you using Alison Hammond as your profile picture?' and I go, 'Because I am Alison Hammond.' They're like, 'Sure you are.'"
Alison landed a full-time presenting job on This Morning on Fridays with Dermot O'Leary earlier this year, having been involved in the daytime show for years.
However, the star recently admitted she was initially hesitant to take on the big job, telling The Sun: "I was like, 'No, I'm not doing that. It's massive.'
"I'd done Fridays before with Rylan [Clark-Neal], but this was committing to every week. I kept thinking, 'What if I don't want to do that Friday?'

"The whole time at This Morning I could say yes or no and I could get out of it, but now it's 'Fridays are your day'. It was daunting.
"It's three hours – I struggle to keep my legs closed for that long. I'm a bigger woman and it's hard as I have fat legs, so I like relaxing with my legs open."
This Morning airs on weekdays from 10am on ITV.
