ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. -- On Wednesday, a 37-year-old woman was arrested and charged for allegedly hitting her ex-boy with a machete, stealing items and damaging his TV.
According to the report, deputies responded to a home on Crary Road and made contact with the victim.
The victim stated that his ex-girlfrend, Lisa Boyington, came to his residents and had an argument.
The report states that during the argument Boyington struck the victims hand with a machete and out her hands around his neck.
After the victim was hit, he ran inside his house and found his TV damaged and items stolen.
The report states that the victim said he was at a friend's house earlier that day and Boyington came to the residence.
An argument occurred and Boyington alegedly bit him on his chest.
Deputies noted the victim suffered a small cut on his hand, had red marks on his neck and a wound on his chest.
They also noted in the report deputies found a sling blade and pickaxe on top of a shed at the victim’s residence, and a cut mark in the hood of his lawn mower allegedly caused by the machete.
Boyington is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, grand theft, criminal mischief and battery.
She is in the Escambia County Jail with no bond.
