Ajax's incredible start to the Champions League campaign continued on Tuesday as they romped to a 4-0 win over Borussia Dortmund.

The victory maintained Erik ten Haag's side's 100% winning record and they are also the competition's joint top scorers on 11 goals, having previously beaten Sporting 5-1 and Besiktas 2-0.

Dortmund endured a terrible night and could have lost by more if Ajax's finishing had been better.

It took the hosts just 11 minutes to go ahead with Dusan Tadic's curling free kick being diverted in off the head of BVB skipper Marco Reus.

Daley Blind then doubled his side's advantage just before the half-hour mark with a fierce half-volley, with Ajax being denied further joy by some Gregor Kobel heroics in the Dortmund net.

It was a similar story after the break and with under an hour gone, Antony made it 3-0, curling a delightful left-footed effort beyond Kobel's reach. Sebastien Haller then grabbed his sixth Champions League goal of the campaign, nodding home Blind's cross to further strengthen his Golden Boot credentials.

Here are your Dortmund player ratings on what was a tough night at the office...

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Gregor Kobel (GK) - 5/10 - Incredibly, despite conceding four, he actually did pretty well. His five saves kept the scores somewhat respectable.

Thomas Meunier (RB) - 3/10 - His defending for the fourth goal was hilariously bad. Summed up his night.

Manuel Akanji (CB) - 4/10 - Struggled to keep tabs on Ajax's forwards all night.

Mats Hummels (CB) - 3/10 - Fluffed not one but two clearances in the build-up to Ajax's second goal. Impressive stuff. Haller bullied him.

Nico Schulz (LB) - 5/10 - Not horrific, which probably makes him Dortmund's best defender.

2. Midfielders

Jude Bellingham (CM) - 5/10 - Always busy but even a player as talented as him couldn't save this sinking ship.

Axel Witsel (CM) - 4/10 -
Game largely passed him by. Dortmund needed him to seize control more in the middle.

Julian Brandt (CM) - 4/10 -
Was so good at the weekend but was pretty dire here. Did not do anywhere near enough defensively.

3. Forwards

Erling Haaland

Marco Reus (RW) - 3/10 - Own goal set him up for a massively underwhelming shift.

Erling Haaland (ST) - 4/10 - One to forget for sure. Missed two presentable chances and was generally off all night.

Donyell Malen (LW) - 4/10 - Would have be motivated to impress against PSV's rivals but failed to do so.

4. Substitutes

Emre Can - 3/10 - Skinned by Antony for his goal and beaten in the air for Haller's. Awful.

Thorgan Hazard - 5/10 - Meh.

Marin Pongracic - N/A
