AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department has found a missing man who was last seen Monday morning.
Police previously said they were looking for 47-year-old Elbert Chiu after he was last seen around 7 a.m. in the 1300 block of Lamar Square Drive in South Austin.
The APD said Wednesday morning that he was found and is safe.
Due to his health conditions, there were concerns for his immediate welfare.
