Assault and DWI Arrests Top Monday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Matthew Martinez was arrested for POSSESSION/DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC CPF x5 at 2:48 a.m. and was released at 4:58 a.m. the same day on $662.00 bond.
  • Tyler Davis was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 8:52 a.m. Davis’ bond has been set at $2,500.00.

There are currently 575 inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Monday, October 18, 2021:

  • Tyler Davis was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 8:52 a.m. Davis’ bond has been set at $2,500.00.
  • Lisa Clemons was arrested for GOB* MURDER at 5:29 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Domingo Castillo was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES, MISC CPF* EVADING ARREST DETENTION MISC EXPIRED- MVIS, MISC FICTITIOUS/WRONG PLATES, MISC NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY- SUBSEQUENT, MISC VPTA x3, and T3 CPF* RECKLESS DRIVING at 5:33 p.m. Castillo’s bond has been set at$4,665.20.
  • Samuel Ovalle was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, RPR* RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 7:23 p.m. Ovalle’s bond has been set at $1,662.00.
  • Carlos Arroyo was arrested for MISC CPF x2 at 11;04 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Kayla Berrier was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE, GJI* MAN DEL CS PG 1 <1G, GJI* UNAUTH ABSENCE COMMUNITY CORRECTION FACILITY at 11:42 p.m. Berrier’s bond has been set at $32,500.00.
  • Matthew Martinez was arrested for POSSESSION/DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC CPF x5 at 2:48 a.m. and was released at 4:58 a.m. the same day on $662.00 bond.
  • Heather Zuniga was arrested for VOP* ASSAULT CAUES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and VOP* CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750 at 11:13 a.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Tia Jones was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:14 p.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Ariel Gonzales was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 10:31 p.m. and was released at 2:13 a.m. the next day.
  • Laterrance Evans was arrested for MIP- ALCOHOL, MIP= TOBACCO, and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 11:41 p.m. and was released at 8:43 a.m. the next day on $1,424.00 bond.
