A Covington teenager could get ten years in prison for allegedly beating a disabled teacher in class. The attack was caught on video by another student in the room.

The video went viral as part of a dangerous Tik-Tok challenge that has followers committing acts of violence and vandalism.

Authorities charged Larrianna Jameese Jackson, 18, with second-degree battery and a charge of cruelty to the infirmed according to the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney's Office.

The charges stem from her allegedly beating a 64-year-old disabled Covington High School teacher earlier this month.

Jackson faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted. Her arraignment is scheduled for December 8.
