Men's Golf Ranks Fifth After Two Rounds at Xavier Invitational

CINCINNATI - Xavier men's golf wrapped up day one action at the Xavier Invitational on Monday evening. The two-day tournament is being played at Maketewah Country Club.

The Musketeers shot a 36-hole total of 587 (+19), ranking fifth out of 12 teams.

Morehead State leads the tournament field with a 36-hole score of 579 (+11). Northern Illinois' Reece Nilsen ranks first in a field of 74 golfers with a 36-hole score of 140 (-2).

Day two action gets underway on Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. ET.
