Fox Sports analyst Chris Broussard made a huge mistake on air on Tuesday when discussing the Bills' gutsy decision to go for it on 4th down in their loss to the Titans on Monday night. Broussard then blamed their failed attempt on the absence of their left tackle, Taylor Lewan. Problem is, he actually plays for Tennessee. Just take a look at this:

“It got blown up on the left side because of the pressure of Tennessee,” said Chris Broussard. “I wonder why. Could it be because Buffalo’s Pro Bowl left tackle, Taylor Lewan, was injured. If he’s there, maybe that doesn’t happen, but he’s out. So you got a second stringer that Josh Allen is trying to go behind and he got destroyed.”

Wow. Of course, players across the league got ahold of Broussard's on-air mistake and absolutely roasted him:

That's certainly not going to get Chris Broussard any more respect. Mistakes happen, but wow, that was a big one about the Titans left tackle. This isn't the first time he had a bonkers take, either. Broussard went on air and “confirmed” that LeBron was returning to Cleveland after The King already announced it himself. Really.

It wouldn't be a surprise to see more NFL stars notice his comments on Lewan. But, that's part of the job. Live and you learn.
