The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof and her ex-husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, have certainly come a long way. The pair appear to have moved past any drama they once experienced and look to now be in a good enough place that Adrienne recently attended the birthday party for Paul's daughter, Paulina, who turned 1 this month.

Adrienne was on hand to celebrate baby Paulina's first birthday. "Happy first birthday to our little Paulina. We love you!" she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of herself with the tot, as well as the three sons she shares with Paul: Gavin, Colin, and Christian. She added the hashtag "family" in the post.

Adrienne has made it clear that, despite her issues with her ex-husband in the past, they have definitely come to a much better place. "The good thing is is now we are very good friends, care about each other," she told Life After Bravo. "I believe we really worked hard, we work at it to make things right for our children."

Paul welcomed Paulina last October with his wife, Brittany Pattakos Nassif, and you can bet the proud parents did not hold back about how special their daughter is timed to her big birthday.

Paul is definitely in his feelings. "Happy 1st Birthday to our angel… thank you to everyone who made this dream day possible! " he wrote, adding, "My baby Paulina turns 1 today! She has been a ray of love and hope in our lives. I always wanted a little girl, but she has blown away all of my expectations. I truly do love her more than life itself! Happy Birthday Paulina… even though you’re the only one who can’t read this ahah!"

Of course, Brittany couldn't help but gush about life with her daughter. "Paulina’s 1st spooky birthday party! ... Thank you for everyone who also came out to visit us!" she wrote, adding, "Happy 1st Birthday My Baby Paulina! I cannot believe a year has gone by already! You have changed my life for the better and I can’t wait to watch you grow each and every day! Mommy and Daddy [love] you!"
