Roast’d, the local coffee shop and roastery, is opening in Franklin Lakes on Wednesday, October 20th.

Each store features an in-house coffee roaster — this is their third location (Hasbrouck Heights, Fort Lee) — coffee is roasted in small-batches onsite to “ensure absolute freshness”.

Their beans run the gamut from light to dark roasts with “carefully selected origins from all around the world”.

The drink menu includes pour-overs, lattes, espressos, teas and “uniquely developed cold brews on tap”. In addition, there will be specialty eats like avocado toast, baked goods and more.

Once operating, the shop will be open 7 days a week.
