The district is proposing changes to the bell schedule due to a bus driver shortage causing multiple problems for students and educators.

Tarpon Springs police say the person shot and killed Saturday during a confrontation with police was 17-year-old Alexander King, an 11th-grader at Tarpon Springs High School. Grief counselors will be at the school today.
