KC Chiefs Game Sunday: Chiefs vs Titans odds and prediction for NFL Week 7 game

Was last week the start of a positive turn for the Kansas City Chiefs? Or was it another one-off win over an NFC East opponent?
In Week 6, the Chiefs were able to largely dominate the Washington Football Team on the road at FedExField by a final deficit of 18 points. It was the best showing overall by the Chiefs this season in terms of a complete effort on both sides of the ball—at least in the second half—and it turned away critics for at least a week as the Chiefs moved their record back to .500 at 3-3 overall.
This week, however, the Chiefs visit the Tennessee Titans in a game that pits them against another AFC contender. The Titans might not be typically ranked along the likes of the Ravens or Bills but they are fighting for a playoff spot most years and have given the Chiefs fits in the past. And since the Chiefs have looked very mortal against their biggest rivals this season, it stands to reason that Tennessee might rise up as other have and knock them further off course
Can the Chiefs make a stand here and get an important AFC win? Will they find themselves once again scratching their heads after another conference game? Let’s look ahead at the odds and make our initial prediction.

These are the weeks we find out whether or not the Titans are contenders or pretenders. After facing the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football in Week 6, they have a short week until they host the Chiefs. Two weeks later, the L.A. Rams are on the books with the Indianapolis Colts in between. So far, the Titans’ signature win is over the Seattle Seahawks, while they’ve largely taken care of business against also-rans (the Colts and Jags) and they’ve also lost the New York Jets.
Given the Chiefs ceiling, we’re going to lean into this newfound momentum and believe K.C. can finally boast a winning record in quite some time.
