Letter: Thank you, Bob Palumbo

I am writing regarding the Dog Park on Buffalo Street. I greatly appreciate having the Dog Park; however, there was a very difficult problem with the entrance to the large dog area. The problem was that there was deep mud at the entrance.  

There were so many calls with requests to have some sort of remedy for the mud problem to no avail. I am saying enough mud that would go over the top of boots. It happened with rain, snow, ice, thaw, etc. At one point, I brought a piece of plywood to lay over the mud at the entrance. That became slippery, so the wood had to be removed. I have been a member of the Dog Park since June 2019, struggling with this mud problem. 

I made just one request to Bob Palumbo and it was taken care of within two weeks. The entrance was dug out and stone replaced the mud. Everyone using the Dog Park is so grateful for the cleanup. 

My point is that Bob Palumbo follows through!
