NFL analyst has a new nickname for Giants’ Joe Judge that left co-hosts doubled over

The wheels are coming off at MetLife Stadium.

For the second year in a row, Joe Judge and the New York Giants have opened the season with a record of 1-5.

That’s left Judge with an underwhelming 7-15 record as he approaches the halfway mark of his second season as an NFL head coach.

Needless to say, that’s not going to get the job done. And no one knows that better than ESPN NFL analyst Dan Orlovsky, who unloaded on Judge during an appearance Monday on “Get Up!” And in the process, Orlovsky left his co-hosts in stitches (which you can see here).

“Players in the locker room don’t like Timmy Tough Nut coaches when you’re losing football games. Timmy Tough Nuts from Joe Judge, and you’re losing football games, and everybody on your team is hurt, you’re down 38 to 3 at the end of the game, your quarterback is still in the game with like two minutes to go and he’s taking shots with everybody on your team is hurt. This is just a disappointment by the Giants.”

Orlovsky isn’t the first to call B.S. on Judge’s methods after Sunday’s loss.

Former WFAN host Mike Francesa called out the Giants head coach on Twitter: “I have been patient in commenting on (Joe) Judge and his performance. But his words after these terrible defeats are getting extremely tired.”

Judge and the Giants will try to get back in the win column and out of the NFC East cellar on Sunday when they host the Carolina Panthers.
