Last week, Disney World started decorating for the holidays, which just reminded us how quickly the year is flying by.
So we wanted to bring you a quick reminder about a big event that’s happening soon. If you’re a Disney+ subscriber, you’ll want to mark your calendars.
November 12th of this year is Disney+ day! It’s Disney+’s two-year anniversary, which means the streaming service is going to be releasing a LOT of new content, including a “special presentation.” Check out a trailer for it below!
The new content for Disney+ subscribers will include the following:
- Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings, available to all subscribers
- Jungle Cruise, available to all subscribers
- The Disney+ Original movie Home Sweet Home Alone — a reimagining of the popular holiday films
- Olaf Presents — an all-new series of shorts, in which Frozen’s beloved snowman retells several classic Disney tales as only he can
- Some fan-favorite shorts from Walt Disney Animation Studios, including Frozen Fever, Feast, Paperman, Get A Horse! and more
- An animated short film Ciao Alberto from Pixar, featuring characters from Luca
- A new short from The Simpsons that pays tribute to Disney+’s marquee brands
- The first five episodes from season two of The World According to Jeff Goldblum from National Geographic
- A special celebrating the origins and legacy of Star Wars’ legendary bounty hunter, Boba Fett
- A special celebrating the Marvel Cinematic Universe on Disney+ with an exciting look towards the future
- Dopesick, an original series starring Michael Keaton
There’s also a special presentation, which is going to be “breaking news, first looks, new trailers, exclusive clips, and appearances from Disney+ creators and stars.” And if you happen to be in the Disney parks for Disney+ Day, you can enjoy special experiences in the parks and hotels like photo opportunities and character interactions. There will also be special offers online at shopDisney.
So remember to mark your calendars for November 12th so that you don’t miss any of the new shorts, films, or announcements!
