Mia Sinclair Jenness, the voice of Disney Junior’s “Fancy Nancy,” has joined Netflix’s “League of Legends” series “Arcane.” Magnifique.
She joins the previously announced cast with Hailee Steinfeld voicing “Vi,” Ella Purnell as “Jinx” and Kevin Alejandro as “Jayce.” Jenness will play “Powder,” who grows up to be known as one of League of Legends’ most iconic champions, TheWrap is told.
“I’m excited for fans all over the world to see the beginnings of one of their most beloved characters,” Jenness told TheWrap.
“Arcane is going to blow you away faster than you can say ‘Jinx,’” she added.
In addition to Steinfeld, Purnell, Alejandro and now Jenness, “Arcane” also stars Katie Leung (“Caitlyn”), Jason Spisak (“Silco”), Harry Lloyd (“Viktor”), JB Blanc (“Vander”) and Toks Olagundoye (“Mel Medarda”). Series creators are Christian Linke and Alex Yee.
“Arcane” dives into the delicate balance between the rich city of Piltover and the seedy underbelly of Zaun. Tensions between these city-states boil over with the creation of hextech — a way for any person to control magical energy — in Piltover; and in Zaun, a new drug called shimmer transforms humans into monsters.
The rivalry between the cities splits families and friends as “Arcane” brings life to the relationships that shape some of League of Legends’ famous champions, including Vi, Jinx, Caitlyn, Jayce and Viktor. Based on the world behind the game “League of Legends,” the animated event series features a complex world filled with moral decisions, breathtaking animation and suspenseful storytelling.
Based on Riot Games’ “League of Legends” IP, “Arcane” is developed and produced by Riot Games in partnership with Fortiche Productions.

“Fancy Nancy” follows 6-year-old Nancy Clancy, who is excited to experience what the world has to offer and to celebrate the differences that make everyone unique. The show is based on the books of the same name by Jane O’Connor with illustrations by Robin Preiss Glasser. Nancy loves French culture and big words (again, for 6-year-olds).
