Officials with the city of El Paso have provided the COVID-19 data from last week.
For CDC Week 41, the community reported 11 new deaths, 765 new COVID-19 cases, and 25 delayed test results were reported by the state.
The community also reported 230 new breakthrough COVID-19 cases.
All 10 patients had underlying health conditions.
They included three males in their 50s, one female in her 50s, one female in her 60s, two males in their 70s, two females in their 80s and one female in her 90s.
Nine of the 11 patients who passed away had underlying health conditions and three were breakthrough deaths.
They included two females in their 40s, one male in his 50s, one female in her 50s, two males in their 60s, one female in her 60s, two males in their 80s, one female in her 80s, and one male in his 90s.
There has been a total of 147,151 cases and 2,817 deaths since the pandemic began.
A cumulative total of 142,289 individuals recovered, 1,891 cases were reported to be active, and 1,168,090 COVID-19 vaccine doses (to include additional booster/third doses) were administered in El Paso at the close of CDC Week 41.
