How Victoria Beckham Recreates Her Signature '90s Posh Spice Makeup in 2022

Beauty editors and makeup lovers alike can all agree that Victoria Beckham understood the assignment when she launched Victoria Beckham Beauty back in fall 2019. However, with the pandemic coming for everyone's neck shortly after, the brand didn't have the chance to make the line available for in-person swatching, testing, and purchasing — until now.

Teaming up with Bergdorf Goodman, fans of the collection can now try each and every product from the line before they buy, from the cult-favorite Satin Kajal Liner to the new Cheeky Posh Cream Blush Stick.

"It is so good to be in New York, and this is just so exciting for us to have our product here," Beckham shared with an intimate group of journalists at the luxury retailer. "We work very closely with our community when we are creating products they want in their makeup bag. But one of the comments was that they wanted a destination where they can actually go to try the makeup, and to try to skincare. So for that destination to be Bergdorf Goodman here in New York, I mean [it] just doesn't get any better than that."

With Victoria Beckham Beauty readily available in-store, Halloween just around the corner, and safe gatherings being a thing again, we'd be doing you a disservice if we didn't share the details on how to recreate Posh Spice's signature look from Posh Spice herself — using products from her line, of course.

"Posh Spice wouldn't have been Posh Spice without a smoky eye and a picture perfect nude lip," Beckham shares exclusively with InStyle. "Starting with a smoky eye is key, and I like when it is a little imperfect and smudgy. I'm obsessed with our Satin Kajal Liner — it was developed for this — it is so creamy and blendable, but once it sets, it's waterproof and super long wearing."

In terms of shades, Beckham is a fan of Ash, which she describes as "the perfect graphite gray." She also loves to pair the line with the brand's Smoky Eye Brick in Royal. "The combo of the deep grey with the rich blue tones in the palette really make my eyes pop," she shares.

For the "perfect Posh pout" as Beckham puts it, she starts off with the newest shade of Posh Lipstick: Twist.

"[It] has been my go-to since we launched it this summer," she tells us. "I then layer my Lip Definer in shade 02 over my lipstick in order to create added definition. I top off the look with my perfectly crystal clear Posh Gloss for unbelievable dimension."
