NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-The Salvation Army in North Platte will once again be conducting its annual Red Kettle campaign beginning Nov. 12th through Dec. 24th, 2021.

“We are looking for volunteers, both individuals and groups/organizations to help man our traditional red kettles again this year”, said Major Harold Poff, Commanding Officer.

The Salvation Army will once again be using Register to Ring, an online database that will permit both individuals and groups to go online and sign up for the date, time, and location of their choice. The database is active as of October 1st.

“For those who are not as computer savvy, they can still volunteer by calling our office at (308) 532-2038 and scheduling their date, time, and location,” Poff said.

In addition, The Salvation Army will be hiring a few individuals to ring the bell as well. Those interested can apply in person at our office located at 1020 N. Adams St.

The goal of the Red Kettle campaign this year is $45,000.
