Pulaski, N.Y. -- A 29-year-old Granby woman was arrested Sunday and accused of driving her car into a Pulaski gas station, according to New York State Police.

Cayla E. Newcombe has been charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, first-degree reckless endangerment, driving while impaired by drugs and reckless driving, police said.

She was given multiple traffic tickets, according to state police.

Troopers say Newcombe failed to stop at the end of the Interstate 81 southbound off-ramp and drove into the Valero Gas Station at 3323 Maple Ave. in Pulaski, police said.

A store employee was treated at Oswego Hospital and released, according to police.

The car Newcombe was driving had been reported stolen from a house in the Village of Lacona, police said.

Newcombe was not injured and was taken to Oswego County Jail, pending arraignment, police said.
