Le Mans Virtual Series Round 1 Monza Highlights

Realteam Hydrogen Redline has won the 4 Hours of Monza, the opening round of the Le Mans Virtual Series, as Jeffrey Rietveld, Dani Juncadella and Michal Smidl held off GPX Rebellion Williams and Floyd ByKolles-Burst. In GTE, the Porsche Esports Team car driven by Mitchell deJong, Mack Bakkum and Martin Krönke was dominant.

The start of the LMP2 and GTE-featuring race was chaotic, with the field bunched close together. As the race developed, it become a tense strategy battle, with the victories in both classes unsure until the final lap.

This is the first of a five-round esports championship, culminating in the 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual.
