Last week on Chicago Fire, Casey (Jesse Spencer) made good on his promise to Griffin (Cameron Scott Roberts) and headed out to Oregon to visit him and his younger brother. During his trip out of town to visit the boys, Casey realized just how bad things had become for the pair and ended the episode questioning his future in Chicago in looking to move to Oregon to foster Griffin and Ben.

Elsewhere in the episode, Chief Hawkins (Jimmy Nicholas) dropped by 51 to get to better know Brett (Kara Killmer) by riding along with Ambulance 61 for a shift. Impressed by what he saw, Chief Hawkins ended the episode by giving the official approval for Brett’s paramedicine program.

Wondering what’s next for the men and women of 51 this Wednesday night? Below we share the latest promotional materials for season 10 including the promo, synopsis, and photos for episode 5, “Two Hundred.”

Chicago Fire season 10 episode 5 promo

As expected, the promo for the 200th episode leans heavily into the mystery surrounding Casey’s future with 51 by putting a major focus on Casey’s possible exit.

Going off of the trailer, it looks like Casey is indeed quite serious about moving to Oregon to foster Ben and Griffin. From clips of Boden (Eamonn Walker) delivering an impassioned speech celebrating Casey to an emotional moment between Casey and Brett in which he seems to be discussing the possibility of leaving town, it’s clear this episode is going to be a big one for Casey.

While Casey is the primary focus of the promo, it does also preview another major moment in the 200th episode: the birth of Cruz’s (Joe Minoso) baby!
