Get this. Based on the Realtor estimate, the monthly payment would be over $45,000. Monthly payment. Monthly. Yikes. Is it worth it? I can definitely say that if your bank account can handle it and you love fishing, you'd have a hard time doing better than this Wentzville mansion.
