After rushing for a key fourth-quarter touchdown in the Packers' 24-14 victory over the Chicago Bears Sunday, Rodgers looked up at the Soldier Field crowd and yelled, "I've owned you all my (expletive) life! I own you, I still own you!"
After the game, Rodgers said he wasn't sure what he yelled at the moment.
"Sometimes you blackout on the field," Rodgers said with a wry smile.
"I looked up in the stands and in the front row, all I saw was a woman giving me the double bird. I'm not sure what came out of my mouth next," Rodgers said.
The phrase, which is likely to be stitched and screen-printed on T-shirts all over Wisconsin, is the latest chapter in the Packers-Bears rivalry.
Sunday's matchup was the 203rd meeting between the two NFC North foes.
After Sunday's win, Rodgers is now 22-5 against the Bears.
"I enjoy this rivalry so much. I've been so thankful to be a part of it," Rodgers said.
The Packers are now 5-1 atop the NFC North division. Green Bay takes on The Washington Football Team next Sunday at Lambeau Field.
