Dostal was reassigned to AHL San Diego on Sunday, Elliott Teaford of The Orange County Register reports.
Dostal was recalled to serve as Anthony Stolarz's backup Friday with John Gibson (lower body) out. If Gibson is unavailable against Calgary on Monday, expect Dostal to be brought back up to the NHL level.
