The Department released new video showing a group of Georgia State Patrol troopers swarm a group of unsuspecting racers doing donuts in a parking lot as a Atlanta Police Aviation chopper hovers above to direct the troopers

After the drivers do donuts for several minutes, several troopers rush in from all directions and corner one of the racers, who tries to get away, but is no match for GSP.

The incident appears to have happened last night at a shopping center in East Pointe.
