The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned defenseman
P.O Joseph
to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by general manager Ron Hextall.

Joseph, 22, attended Pittsburgh's training camp and played in three preseason games.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound defenseman played 16 games for Pittsburgh in his first NHL season in 2020-21, tallying one goal, four assists and five points. Joseph notched a point (assist) in his NHL debut on January 22 against the New York Rangers and later registered a three-point mark (3A) against the Rangers on January 30. The Laval, Quebec native also skated in 23 games for WBS this season, recording 13 points (1G-12A).
Joseph turned pro with the WBS Penguins in 2019-20, recording 17 points (3G-14A) in 52 games. In total, Joseph has accumulated 30 points (4G-26A) in 75 career AHL games.
The Penguins return to action on Tuesday, October 19th against the Dallas Stars at PPG Paints Arena. Tuesday night is 'Mike Lange Night', where the retired hall-of-fame broadcaster will be the guest of honor. In-game tributes and video memories will be shared throughout the game in honor of Lange's retirement.
