Catch up With Soap Star Judith McConnell

Veteran actress Judith McConnell looks back on her storied career in Hollywood in a very special interview with host Alan Locher in The Locher Room on Friday, Oct. 22, at 3 p.m. ET!

Born in Pittsburgh, McConnell started dance classes at age 6 and still enjoys weekly tap and jazz classes today! After graduating from the renowned Carnegie Mellon School of Acting, she landed a pilot shooting in Los Angeles and began booking roles on STAR TREK, DRAGNET, BEVERLY HILLBILLIES, MAYBERRY RFD, GREEN ACRES, MANNIX, THE STREETS OF SAN FRANCISCO, and many others. But soap fans remember her best for her work in daytime television that began when she played Augusta McLeod on GENERAL HOSPITAL. Next came Valerie Conway on AS THE WORLD TURNS, Amanda Bishop on ANOTHER WORLD, and Eva Vasquez on ONE LIFE TO LIVE. But McConnell is probably most beloved by daytime viewers for playing matriarch Sophia Capwell on SANTA BARBARA.

With a career like that, she’ll have a lot to talk about, so don’t miss this one!
