Three out-of-state men are being held in the Baxter County jail on felony theft of property charges after they allegedly returned stolen items for cash at a Mountain Home business.

According to the probable cause affidavits, 32-year-old Matthew Hinkle of Cedar Hill, Texas, and 23-year-old Remekied Henderson-Hall Jr. of Michigan are being held on bonds of $25,000 each, while bond for 23-year-old Ronnie “R.J.” Jones of Michigan is set at $7,500.

Their arrests came Thursday evening after Mountain Home police responded to a reported theft at Home Depot.

Officers located the three male subjects and their vehicle in the Lowe’s parking lot.

An investigator with the police department reports learning corporate security at Home Depot had been watching the three suspects on video surveillance throughout the day.

The three were reportedly captured on video surveillance at two Home Depot locations in Missouri and two in Arkansas.

Receipts allegedly show the suspects purchased merchandise at Home Depot in Harrison with a fraudulent credit card. An hour-and-a-half later, they reportedly returned the same merchandise for cash at the Mountain Home store.
