The Jacksonville Jaguars coming off a disappointing loss to the Tennessee Titans in Week 5. Still looking for their first win of the 2021 season, the Jags will take on the Miami Dolphins at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, England, as part of the NFL International Series.

Heading into the game, the Miami Dolphins are a 3-point favorite. However, the Jaguars are trending up and have a legitimate shot to win their first game of the season, and the first one in more than a calendar year.

Here are five players that must shine Sunday if the Jaguars want to pull off the upset. And here’s everything you need to know ahead of the game.

Jaguars Injury Report vs Dolphins Week 6.

After missing the Jaguars’ game against the Titans, defensive end Roy Robertson-Harris is listed as questionable, and so is rookie cornerback Tyson Campbell, who was also inactive last week. If he doesn’t suit up, Chris Claybrooks will once again get the starting nod opposite Shaquill Griffin.

Linebacker Myles Jack and defensive lineman Rashaan Howard have been ruled out for the game. Shaquille Quarterback will most likely take Jack’s spot in the lineup. On a side note, it’s uncertain who will handle kicking duties. The team’s brass signed Matthew Wright to the active roster ahead of the game. He failed an extra-point attempt and a field goal against Tennesse. However, Josh Lambo didn’t fare much better in the first three weeks of the season. The Jaguars already made a choice but they will keep it under wraps.

Also, Jacksonville elevated offensive lineman KC McDermott and wide receiver Laquon Treadwell from the practice squad.

Meanwhile, the Dolphins will be without cornerback Xavien Howard and wide receiver DeVante Parker, two of their most important players. Their absence could tip the scale in the Jags’ favor. Quarterback Jacoby Brissett is listed as questionable but Tua Tagovailoa is set to start after missing the last four games with a rib injury.
