From one player to another, the Red Bull Salzburg production line continues to produce elite forwards.

Erling Haaland, Patson Daka and Karim Adeyemi are only a few names among a plethora of strikers to have come through the ranks at the Austrian outfit's esteemed academy.

Benjamin Šeško is hoping to be the next, and like those who have come before him, he is reportedly on Liverpool's radar, according to Fichajes.

However, the Reds will have to battle it out with Inter Milan, Manchester City and Real Madrid in order to secure the talented 18-year-old's services.

Having averaged 0.86 goals and 0.13 assists per 90 for Salzburg's feeder club Liefering last season, Sesko has stepped up to the first team and has looked comfortable in the transition.

He has averaged 0.71 goals and 0.2 assists per 90 so far this season which is close to a goal contribution almost every 90 minutes. During the October international week, he also netted his first senior international goal for Slovenia against Malta.

From a Liverpool perspective, there is a lot to admire about the young 18-year-old forward.

Šeško is a pacey and technically gifted attacker. He has been developed at a club that deploy similarly aggressive counter-attacking tactics to Jürgen Klopp.
