One arrest made, but police say investigation continues into two incidents.

Portland Police offering new details on four separate incidents of vandalism over the weekend. Officials say that early Friday afternoon, officers were responding to a report of burglary at Reny's on Congress Street, when a suspect threw something through a window, smashing it. Early Saturday afternoon staff at Flea For All, also on Congress Street, reported several smashed windows. After a brief investigation, officers arrested and charged 51-year-old Michael Hale of Portland. However, police do not believe these incidents are related to damage done on Wharf Street reported on Saturday morning. Staff at Jefe Juan's restaurant found that all their windows and glass doors were smashed in. They also noticed that drinking glasses, bottles of alcohol and other items behind the bar had been broken.Workers at Rathskeller on the Wharf found that a brick had been thrown through one of their windows but said no other damage had been done.
